Stephanie,
First, Thank you for your Service. Second, Thank you for being my sponsor. My spiritual life is changing and I am convinced more than ever of my powerlessness. Not just around my disease, but over life in general. I have come to realize that though I have been clean, sober and mostly abstinent, I am still trying to control. To my astonishment I find that I try and control GOD. What I want, when I want it and in what manner I want it delivered. Though I have always prayed for his will……..I quietly ask for my will.
I do have hope today, hope for a psychic change. That time when I finally trust GOD completely. After 6 years around these rooms, I am confident that I get it intellectually. Sadly, believing it with every fiber of my being has been elusive. Once again thank you for taking me on this journey.

I wanted to share with you that I had the opportunity to met my study buddy on a recent trip to California. What a tremendous gift she is in my life. We have prayed together many times and she continues to be an encouragement and blessing.

The Monday BBSS workshops have not been recorded. There is a possibility that we will be able to record them in the near future. I will keep you all posted on any new developments.

The Thursday night workshop is recorded and those recordings are on this web site, under Thursday night group. Those recordings do not reflect what we are doing on Monday’s workshop, but you could listen to get an idea of what was said by me on Monday. I never say the same thing twice or cover the same amount of paragraphs, but the Thursday recordings will do in a pinch. I hope this has answered your questions.

I have located the writing assignments for April 6&13, but, cannot find the recordings…..also, does the Thursday BBSS meeting follow the same format as Monday and are they on the same “page”? same week? parallel? thanks, God bless

It is wonderful to have the words and writing assignments on the website to refer to when doing the homework.

However, could you please add the pages covered during that assignment. This way I can look up the words/definitions in context in the Big Book.
